The Riviera Journey.
Our Foundations have been created over the last 25 years with a hands-on approach from the Site Purchase, Design & Construction of a turn key project. We specialise in our own Design & Construction of Residential Projects so our focus is not distracted or varied.
The Riviera Group began in 1997 with a Project in Kensington Gardens, the thought process then was far away from our journey over the last 25 years. In the beginning we planned to have minimal designs and to repeat them with minor updates. As we always strive to be innovative with smart Energy Efficient Homes our designs have not repeated, each Project is Custom Designed to maximise the layout to the orientation. We have always strived to create the balance on Design, Energy Efficiency and Comfort of Living on all Projects.
We use our expertise and knowledge based on 30 years’ experience in the industry to choose the most suitable sites in what we see as the best locations across Adelaide, and then tailor our design and build accordingly.
We have an experienced consultant team in which we have a strong understanding of each other and how we Design & Construct each dwelling.
What we do offer are individually designed, high end, fully-finished homes with quality workmanship for you to enjoy.
